Our 7th Annual NC Race Week is fast approaching!  Just 6 weeks away from our biggest race week of the year!  This years schedule will be quite a bit different than in the past due to the Iredell County Fair starting 3 days earlier and wanting us to run more races there!

We will kick off NC Race Week at the Iredell County Fairgournds on Friday September 2nd with the Beginner Box Stocks, Box Stocks, and the Intermediate Divisions.  The Beginners and Box Stocks will run a full program on Friday night.  Our intermediate class will just run practice, qualifying, and… read more

Tomorrow night marks the return of “Wild Wednesday” at North Carolina’s Millbridge Speedway.  That means that Speed51 TV will be live on air from the exciting 1/8-mile dirt track and race fans all over the world will be able to watch for free.

 

The May 18 show is a race that you will not want to miss.  Millbridge Speedway owners Ashly and Jeremy Burnett said that they’re expecting enough Outlaw Karts to run a C-Main on Wednesday as a bunch of drivers and teams are showing up one week early to prepare for the QRC Speed51 Open.

In just his 5th race of his career at Millbridge Speedway Buddy Wise finds victory lane in the 26 kart field.  Buddy Wise topped the board at the end of the night beating all the locals and the hot shots like Larson, Thorson, Hoffman and even 2 time Chili Bowl Champion Rico Abreu!  Carson Kvapil passed Tucker Scanlon on the last lap of the Intermediate race to take the overall win.  Tucker was victorious in the 125 division as well.  Caden Kvapil dominated the Box Stock race for his first box stock win and completing the Kvapil sweep for the… read more
